BREAKFAST COOKIES BY Mª PILAR LÓPEZ
350 grams unsweetened breakfast cereal(e.g. parrige)
200 grams brown flour
135 grams raisins
35 mililitres milk
2 large sponfuls of honey
Before you start, put the oven on 220ºC.
Put the flour into a bowland pour the honey,eggs and milkand mix everithing togetherwell with a spoon.
Place the shapes in a baking tin and bake them in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Roll it out and cut it into interesting shapes.
When it is nice and smooth stir in the cereal and raisins and leave it in the fridge for about half and hour.
When the biscuits are cool, share them with your friends.Enjoy!
